WARRANTY

Applies to the original purchaser only.

Please Note:
This warranty covers any product purchased from Formuler Shop Online for 12 months from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified. It applies in cases where the product does not function correctly, arrives damaged, or is incorrectly shipped. It's important to note that all sales are final, and returns will only be accepted for reasons such as non-functionality, incorrect shipments, or initial damage. To request return authorization, please contact our sales team at support@formulershoponline.com.

Shipping Costs:
Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or returned to the sender. Returned items must be shipped in their original packaging, with all parts intact and no missing stickers.

Exclusions:
This warranty, similar to the manufacturer's warranty, does not cover damages resulting from lightning strikes, power surges, or physical damage unless the product was initially received damaged in transit from us.

Out of Stock Items:
In the event that the same product is out of stock, the returned item will either be repaired or replaced, or a refund will be issued. Kindly allow us up to 10 business days to process your order.

Insurance Coverage:
Every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we will provide free replacements. If replacements are unavailable, a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to request a photo of the damage for our records.

Content Inclusion:
Please note that no subscriptions, TV channels, or other video/audio content are included with the purchase of the unit.
