To perform a factory reset on your Z nano device, follow these steps:
Go to MYTVOnline Home.
Navigate to System > System > Factory Reset.
Enter the PIN if prompted.
Select "Factory Reset" to confirm.
Applicable Models:
✅ Z+ | ✅ Zprime | ✅ Z7+ | ✅ Z7+ 5G | ✅ Zx | ✅ Zx 5G
To perform a factory reset on your Z+ series device, including Zprime, Z7+, Z7+ 5G, Zx, and Zx 5G, follow these steps:
Navigate to Home.
Click on the Settings icon (gear icon).
Go to System > Factory Reset.
Enter the PIN if prompted.
Select "Factory Reset" to confirm.
Applicable Models:
✅ Z8 | ✅ Z Alpha | ✅ Z+ Neo
To perform a factory reset on your Z8, Z Alpha, and Z+ Neo devices, follow these steps:
Navigate to Home.
Access the Android Settings menu.
Go to Storage & Reset > Factory Data Reset.
Enter the PIN if prompted.
Select "Factory Reset" to confirm.
